Let me know if you have a more primitive version of Excel and can't get to this. I will post an update in the morning. FFNHL - Blackhawks-1.xlsx (38.38 KB)

Very nice. Just an FYI, players that have salary retained on their contract still count in full. Kessel for example is 8.0 million instead of 6.8.

According to commish's rule: "1.4 - Contracts Players with contracts from league inception will replicate the contracts found here: www.hockeybuzz.com/cap-central/." Kessel has 6.8 million so Chicago is correct.

I think STL is right. after reading the rules any player in the NHL who is traded retains full salary cap hit

FFNHL - Blackhawks.xlsx (41.84 KB) I'm sure there are others. This one's updated with players, but I don't have all the salaries in yet. Later tonight.

I don't think that is right, they should be full price. The way the rules are stated and the way I showed it are just an oversight. There are a several players corrected in this updated version (Kessel, Lucic, Gagner, Demers). FFNHL - Blackhawks-1.xlsx (42.21 KB)

awesome job Chicago.
And regarding players like Kessel - we pay the full cap hit, not just the 6.8mill

I could use some help figuring out the players where their salary is split. I've spotted a few but not all. Here's an update, just into Round 24. More work to do on it tomorrow. FFNHL - Blackhawks-3.xlsx (39.27 KB)
